54 Warren St Flats

The Trust has appointed a contractor to renovate four flats in a state of disrepair above the shop at 54 Warren Street and convert them into three brand-new flats.

They will consist of one three-bedroom and two one-bedroom flats. These will be managed by one of our housing association partners Notting Hill Genesis (NHG).

The works commenced on Monday 15th August and are expected to last four months.

Via the management agreement with NHG, the flats will be offered to Camden Council to provide affordable housing to people in housing need on Camden’s waiting list.

Toks Osanife

Sadly, Toks passed away on 23 April, this year.

For 15 years he looked after the playground which we manage on Whitfield Street, and he helped us in many other ways.

He was a joy to work with, and we will miss him enormously.
